The Agency for promoting French as foreign language  - Agence de promotion du FLE – is a private organisation in charge of the General French Language Centers Directory in France. Its mission is to strengthen the centers by providing them professional services, support and resources for teaching, communication and management.



 

 

The European Centre for Modern Languages (ECML) is an institution of the Council of Europe which seeks to develop throughout Europe common and democratic principles based on the European Convention on Human Rights. The ECML promotes innovative approaches and networking in language education by conducting international projects in this area (it does not provide language courses). The projects first target experts (language teachers, researchers, decision takers, textbook authors, etc.).
